We view project management as an important support process, in which we undertake the following tasks:

Standard project management tasks consist of establishing, monitoring and controlling deadlines, budgets, and services. To this end, we employ proven methods such as milestone and bar charts (Gantt charts), project budgets, project structure plans (PSP), and work package specifications.
Due to the high quality requirements of biotech & pharmaceutical plants, quality criteria for the various project processes and services are defined in the project management stage. They are also part of continuous project coordination and periodic project auditing.
In the project team and with our clients and subcontractors, we make arrangements for suitable communication structures, which we continuously upgrade with the help of an action plan. The integration of our project team in the overall project organization of our clients is yet another challenging project management task.
